2010-09-13: More foreign adoptions likely with new country agreements (Bulgaria, South Africa and Thailand)

Brian O’Callaghan, International Adoption Association, says that negotiations have begun between Ireland and Bulgaria, South Africa and Thailand for adoptions.

    The Adoption Board decided to make contact with Kazakhstan, South Korea and Brazil to negotiate further administrative agreements.

    This is one of the topics of my master so I’ll be happy to hear more about this.
    It is not easy to get hold of that info when you live in the US!
